So that was a few days ago. Now I’m finishing this, a bit later than originally expected. But its all good. Just as an update, we’re doing alright, well I’m alright. Post-Breakup life is pretty nice actually. I’ve been less stressed, and don’t check my phone as constantly as I did before. Huh, who would have thought? Random thought, a good song to hear in P.B. times (Post-Breakup) is “You Could Be Happy” by Snow Patrol. This has kinda been my savior, its very peaceful and takes me to my own world, where things are very relaxed, and childlike.

My writing skills are semi turbid today. My stream of consciousness is pretty limited, rather like a dam that stores all that extra water. As my mind churns out these feeble thoughts I find myself trying to mentally push them from my mind, and focus on the work I’m doing. No such luck. Like the cork popping from the champagne bottle, these thoughts fill the glass to the brim, until it spills over the rim of the glass, and STILL it pours on.

The language of love lies between the 4 letters that make up the word.

L-Listen.

(Listen to your partner, understand what it is they’re saying)

O-Openess

(Be open to new ideas, change, differences)

V-Vaporize

(Vaporize all previous hang0ups, problems, issues BEFORE a relationship)

How weird is our society that the number 13 inspires fear in us? 35 years ago this kind of “fear” wasn’t even considered a reality. Fear of a number…. enough said right? I mean, people actually go to therapy for this kind of “problem”. Don’t get me wrong. I’m just as much a “bleeding heart” as the next person. I cry when the hero dies  at the end of the movie, and I wipe my eyes when “Chariots of Fire” plays. But I cannot be sympathetic to people who seriously fear a NUMBER.
